Storytelling is one of the most powerful ways to drive disability culture change. And we know that executive sponsors who share their own stories, or the stories of others, supports others to build confidence, resilience and the ability to trust.
PurpleSpace brought together fifty senior leaders from across 42 organisations within our community during two sessions on 30 April 2025 with a shared goal: to explore how executive sponsors can lead the way through the power of storytelling.
