The PurpleSpace strategic review and 2022 – 2025 plan identifies the drivers that will accelerate the global growth of the disability ERG/Network movement and develop the confidence of every employee with a disability.

Building community and unity among disability ERG leaders from around the world is one of four key pillars of the PurpleSpace strategy.

On 15 October 2024, PurpleSpace will convene the world’s first global disability summit for disability ERG/Network leaders. At the summit we will:

• Convene disability ERG/Network leaders and key stakeholders at a hybrid event at a central London hub.
• Connect with hubs of disability ERG/Network leaders in four regions.
• Determine the top three strategic drivers of workplace equity as expressed directly by people with disabilities world-wide via ERG/Networks – that, if tackled, would result in lasting change in the employment prospects of employees with disabilities.
