Leading a disability ERG/Network in a large organisation is complex terrain and successful disability ERG/Network leaders know that they can’t do it alone. 

They are forever talent spotting in their quest to grow their network’s reach and influence. 

They also know that handing over their role to those that come behind them is important and that robust succession planning helps to build stability and continuity.

This month we invite you to consider:

  • What support do new disability ERG/Network leaders need to thrive? 
  • How can the leaders (or former leaders) of mature ERG/Networks mentor new leaders?

Peer Leadership Roundtables

One of the most valuable aspects of PurpleSpace membership is the opportunity to build your leadership capacity via quality conversation with other disability ERG/Network leaders.

Each month we convene groups of disability ERG/Network leaders to stimulate discussion on the issues that matter most to our members.
