We are hiring four key roles at PurpleSpace.

We are looking for people who are more than passionate about disability inclusion. We are looking for people who live and breathe the creation of a better working world by building disability confidence from the inside out.

Our new recruits are likely to have had direct experience in delivering disability employee resource groups (ERG) / networks. They will have a solid track record in internal or external customer service. They are likely to have 3-5 years in project management and planning. They are likely to have lived experience of disability. They may have experience of sales, but they are not ‘salesy.’

We are a strong, virtual and can-do team that work to tight deadlines. We enjoy the flexibility that remote working brings and operate as a tag-team to deliver an exceptional and comprehensive ERG / network service to our members. We like to get things done. We are team players. We enjoy supporting leaders to build their leadership capacity. We lean in, we look up and out and we love making connections between people.
