The ERG Global Forum convenes members who have experience in establishing or leading global and / or local country ERG / BRG / Network chapters. Chaired by Darren Rowan, Global Program Manager &Accessibility Lead at Eli Lilly, this strategic Working Group develops best practice in order to accelerate cultural change for disabled employees around the world via the power of networks / resource groups.
Three of the current projects that the Forum is focussing on include developing a storyboard providing a snapshot of how networks are operating globally; a conversation starter toolkit of universal truths around living and working with a disability; and an ERG maturity model.
Meetings are held three times a year and last for approximately 90minutes.
The Forum is comprised of a mixture of experienced ERG / BRG /Network leaders as well as experienced Diversity & Inclusion professionals. Members include representatives from the following organisations:

- Eli Lily
- Fidelity International
- Financial Ombudsman
- Natwest Group
- Willis Towers Watson
