Out of Office: Extending the reach and impact of disability ERG/Networks to colleagues in operational roles

#PositivelyPurple 2024 is sponsored by Novartis and Motability Operations, in association with Tesco.

We often hear from our community of disability ERG/Network leaders that, even if their network is mature, ensuring their reach and impact extends beyond colleagues in corporate or home-based roles is a challenge.

Out of Office: Extending the reach and impact of disability ERG/Networks to colleagues in operational roles has been created to support you to find solutions for these challenges.

We want to make it easier for disabled colleagues in contact centres or warehouses to connect with each other, for factory workers with disabilities or first responders to be able to access content to help them build their inner confidence and enable organizations to learn from the experiences of colleagues with disabilities who are transporting products or serving customers in retail environments.
