The Top Ten Priorities of Disability ERG/Network Leaders #PositivelyPurple

Stepping Up / Briefing Paper

Front cover - text reads The priorities of disability ERG leaders Surfacing what really matters to employees with disabilities as part of #PositivelyPurple 2023

The priorities shared in this document have been shaped via interactions with disability ERG/Network leaders in Peer Leadership Roundtables, Member coaching meetings, the #PositivelyPurple Strategic Forum and the PowerUp event at the iconic London Eye on the 20th of November 2023 (supported by Merlin Entertainments).
In sharing these priorities, we hope to encourage employers around the world to commit to learning directly from the lived experience of their own people. On 15 October 2024, PurpleSpace is delivering the world’s first Global Disability ERG Summit.
These priorities will inform the shape and content for the Summit where we will determine the top three strategic drivers of workplace equity as expressed directly by people with disabilities world-wide via ERG/Networks that, if tackled, would result in lasting change in the employment prospects of employees with disabilities.
