Whether your network is at the beginning of its journey or whether its thriving, it’s good business practice to review how your network is working at least once a year.  This might involve a questionnaire, a survey or face to face interviews with key members of the committee, your Champion and other key stakeholders.  External best practice has shown the best results from an annual review come from having someone from outside the network to conduct the review.  This could be someone from your D&I team or HR, someone from another network or maybe someone from an external organisation such as PurpleSpace.

1.Does the network have a clear and transparent role?
2.Is the network doing the right type of work?3.Does the network or resource group have the right people and the right team?Download your copy of the Annual Review checklist below.
