Our members at Atos have shared an information leaflet introducing the work of their Adapt Disability Network. This leaflet sets out the aims of the Adapt Disabilty Network, which is sponsored and actively supported by: Jane Buggy, SVP IDM, Gavin Thomson, SVP, Regions and BDS, Toby Goldblatt, SVP Business and Platform Solutions and Neil Milliken, Head of Accessibility and Digital Inclusion.

- Manage their impairment while contributing at work
- Understand that asking for an adjustment is just part of the process of being able to deliver their best at work
- Are able to make requests for help as needed without guilt
- Feel able to share information about their disability/health condition with their manager/employer in expectation that they will make adjustments and be prepared to discuss workplace/working time etc. adaptation
- Help people understand your limitations
- Build resilience and confidence in order to avoid pity and low expectations
